At Matrix Funnels we strive to provide our users with exceptional services and support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy outlined below.

We offer each of our customers FREE trials of Matrix Funnels contingent to the level of the account. Refunds are NOT available if you use/purchase domains, SMS, Email, Ai, Voice Calling features during your trial because those are add ons.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee for all subscriptions if you email us 3 days prior to your billing. After 3 days your payment has processed you're next billing cycle will not be charged. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may email [email protected].

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

Refunds will only be processed for purchases made directly through our website. You cannot request a refund for re-billing of domains, SMS, Email, Ai, Voice Calling features because those are add ons. Refunds are only available to those that cancel their account before their billing cycle 3 days prior to being charged.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support with your refund request. Provide your order details, including your name, email address, and transaction ID. Explain the reason for your refund request.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for Services that have been used beyond the initial 3 day guarantee period or Accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions.
